In connection with conscious respiration techniques, you can reach a state of balance that promotes muscle regeneration and holistic relaxation, allowing you to start the next day well recovered and fit for active winter exercise.

The experienced Kathleen Dworschak accompanies your Yoga session. Your Yoga instructor was trained in line with the UK Yoga Alliance’s standards & quality requirements and is happy to meet your personal requirements.
