SOME TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE YOUR NIGHT REST AS PEACEFUL AS POSSIBLE:

  • Read a few pages from your favourite book and slowly immerse into the world of dreams.
  • Drink a cup of soothing herbal tea, rather than coffee or alcohol before going to bed.
  • Keep your used sleep rhythm during your holidays as well.
  • Air the room, before you go to bed and switch off or darken light sources.
