Your health is important to us

To allow us to optimally tailor our SPA treatments to your needs, we kindly ask to already inform us about possibly existing health issues when booking the respective treatment. We are happy to provide personal assistance with special applications for mothers-to-be.

Take time

To enable you to fully enjoy your treatment, we ask you to check-in at our SPA reception approx. 10 minute before the application is scheduled. Out of consideration for following guests, we ask for your understanding that your treatment times have to be shortened in the event of own delays.

Your desired slot

Book your desired treatment dates in advance and prior to arrival, so that we can accommodate you in the desired slots.

Opening hours of the BergBlick SPA

Pool from 07.00am - 9.00pm daily
Treatments starting at 10.00am
Sauna from 11.00am

Occupying loungers

We kindly ask you not to occupy relax loungers should you be absent.

Dress code

Please wear a bathrobe when appearing for your application. In order to protect your privacy, you will be well covered during the treatment. Please wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes when using our training areas.

Children and treatments

The sauna and wellness world may be used by children and young people under age 16 until 4.00pm. Our Kristallhütte is only open to our adult guests.


Your cancellation should reach us at least 12 hours before treatment starts, as we are otherwise forced to invoice the full treatment price.


We already prepared a spa bag that awaits you in your room. It contains towels and other utensils you might need for your visit in our SPA.

Indoor pool & sauna area

We kindly ask you to wear swimwear and bathing slippers in the entire pool area. In sauna area, wearing clothing is not recommended for hygienic reasons.
